Web Communication Request Form

Use this form if your PTA event, committee, or partner program needs something added to the Romona PTA website. Examples include, homepage updates, new event page, volunteer sign-ups, ticket sales and more. All information should be complete and ready to post. Please confirm details with your VP before submitting.

  • Requests must be submitted one week in advance
  • Note: The PTA Communications Team reserves the right to edit the content for brevity and clarity.
  • Please direct any Web Requests unrelated to committees or already approved events to president@romonapta.org.
  • Please email any additional files that weren't included to be used in the design or preparation of your communication to president@romonapta.org.



If your request is not related to a PTA committee, program or approved event, please submit to president@romonapta.org

Options: Website Update / New Event Page/ Event Calendar Addition / Volunteer Sign-Up Forms / One Stop Shop / Purchase Requests


Indicates when information will be published. Simple text updates = 3-4 days; items needing approval or forms = 1 week.


Paste ready-to-use copy for the website. This should include all details you want people to know about your event or program. i.e. dates, times, locations, deadlines that you would like advertised. 


N/A if you've submitted a separate marketing comm request for the graphics team.
