What is Disco Fever?

Disco Fever is Romona Elementary School’s annual benefit and biggest fundraiser of the year, an adults-only evening of dining, dancing, and community celebration.

What do funds raised support this year?

Funds raised at this year’s benefit will support Romona PTA priorities for the 2025–26 school year, including potential investments in school-wide enhancements such as audio and sound improvements for assemblies and events, as well as maintaining strong financial reserves to support student programming and operational stability.s.

What’s included in the ticket price?

Your ticket includes passed hors d’oeuvres, soup or salad, entrée, dessert, a 4-hour premium open bar, and wine served during dinner.

Is this event adults-only?

Yes, Disco Fever is an adults-only event.

How does seating work?

-  Tables seat 8–10 guests; seating is assigned.
-  Tickets are purchased individually, but you may purchase multiple tickets in a single checkout.
-  If purchasing individually and wishing to sit with a group, list the first and last names of those you’d like to sit with and ensure everyone in your group does the same.
-  Guests interested in purchasing a full table of 10 may select the “Dance Floor Sponsor” option, which includes donating two teacher tickets from your table.
-  If no seating requests are provided, the committee will do its best to seat you with parents from your child’s grade and accommodate dietary needs to ensure smooth dinner service.
-  Seating is primarily for dinner; most of the evening is spent mingling.

Is there a hotel room block?

Yes. Rooms are available at the DoubleTree by Hilton for a special rate. Details to follow. 

What’s the dress code?

Cocktail attire—with a Disco Fever twist encouraged! Sequins, sparkle, flared pants, bold prints, and disco glam are welcome.

Is my ticket or donation tax-deductible?

Romona Elementary PTA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

- Ticket purchases are not tax-deductible, as attendees receive goods and services in return.

- Donations made beyond the ticket value, including eligible sponsorships, are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Documentation will be provided for any deductible portion.

Leave Your Mark
Celebrate your family, honor a teacher, or commemorate your time at Romona with an engraved memory brick. Bricks will be permanently installed near the playground at the end of the school year.
