Every teacher will tell you that kids need to read in order to succeed. To encourage children to read outside of the classroom, I created Lyn Flannery’s Sweet Reading Club.
For every five (5) books your child reads (or you read to your
pre-reader) your child will receive a FREE scoop of ice cream at Homer’s
Ice Cream in Wilmette.
When it’s cold outside, it’s a perfect time to snuggle up with a good book. Please encourage your child to grab a book and start reading! Or, snuggle up with your pre-reader and read together. Simply download and fill out the form below, with five book titles and return it to me*. I will provide the initials and authorization so your child can be rewarded with a FREE ice cream.
No purchase necessary! There
are books for every level and every interest at your local library.
